Alarm horn

Morning people
So noticed somthing interesting today whilst testing to see if car had parasitic draw or if I had a dodgy battery.... my alarm no longer has the siren that goes off when interior monitoring is triggered the lights just flash it still chirps on locking and unlocking but no alarm noise anyone had this before? Also I don’t know if this is connected I tried to open the door with the plastic key for the first time I can open locks if the lock are already open with the fob and I can lock with the key but once it’s been locked I can’t unlock weather it’s been done by key or fob.... pretty random anyone had this?
