reprogramming ABS ECU

Hi all,

I have been having ABS issues which I thought would be abs controller based as i have experienced similar before. I was offered a same part number spare abs pump and controller. I removed the controller from the spare unit and installed on the pump on my car.
On trying to cancel the existing fault codes I have come up with different codes. The replacement controller had different coding and lost settings for stering angle etc. I tried to insert the code from the old controller, which was accepted however I cant find any full method to reprogram the other parts. The you tube videos are too old.
The car is a 2013 passat 2.0tdi.
Could someone tell me the correct procedure for reprogramming the conroller. I have old and new VCDS outputs below. If after reprograming I still have errors I know its not the controller and will have to look at wiring and speed sensors.

Could some one assist me with a programming procedure please.
