Firstly, hello all, I'm new to the forum, this is my first post.
I recently bought a 2013 Passat 2.0 TDi Hightech, which incidentally, I am very happy with. However, the sat nav came with Version 4 and I do a lot of driving around the country and needed a newer version. I bought v9 on eBay put the sd card in the slot and nothing at all happened. The eBay seller sent me another one, and again, nothing. In settings, under 'Navigation Data Base' the 'install/use SD data ' and the 'show SD data information' are greyed out.
Is there anyone here that can help?
