Body work warranty

Noticed while cleaning car I’ve get a few small patches of rust/paint bubbling up on edge of rear window trim and a seam near the boot.
It’s on a 2011 b7 would this be covered under the 12 year warranty?
Is it just a case of taking it in and getting it checked/sorted?
