Secret Menu?

I found this 'menu' messing around with the climate control one day, then forgot about it.
Then today I was searching how to get at the cabin ventilation fan. (it sounds like when you were a kid and would fix a playing card with a clothes peg to the spokes on your bike).
Anyway, this video, does anyone have a clue what this enable adjustment to?
It's in Romanian, but there are hardcoded limited English subs.
