Newbie - VW OPS retrofit question

Hi all,
I'm Mark i have a VW Passat B7 2.0Tdi 140 wagon R-Line, it didn't come with VW OPS, so i have managed to get a full front and rear kit and cutting tool for the bumper.
However being a Aircraft engineer that only plays with mechanical aspects of components, i am struggling to get my head round how to plumb it in. speaker locations, PDC box locations etc. i have tried to ask VW and they slammed the door shut. GREAT
my question is has any one done this retrofit that can help me out please. i really want to do this i would rather not take it to a garage. (self pride)
