Rear suspension rattle/clunk

Afternoon all

I've got a slight problem with my passat. It has been sat parked for a week, and had no issues beforehand.

Gone to dig the car out of the snow yesterday and took it out to get 2 new front tyres in preparation for its MOT this month. Immediately upon leaving home to drive to the tyre place, the rear suspension clunks on bumps in the road, and is rather loud both inside and outside the car. I've looked underneath the car, can't see anything loose or damaged, and gave the exhaust a good bash and wiggle, no noise from that.

Stumped, droplinks and suspension mounts all look ok.

Has anyone had this before or able to point me in the right direction?? Think i'm going to need to get the car on a ramp to inspect further.
