worried about my dpf light coming on every 2 weeks

hi ive got a 1.6 tdi cay engine and the car had a egr delete last year as it went into limp mode so my remap mate deleted the egr and p codes but now the dpf light comes on every 2 weeks with my wife just town driving in it , i have to give it a blast to clear it , the latest being tonight and it took over 25 miles to clear ,,,,crazy , i cant be doing this every 2 weeks as it alswas happens late at night or when were going somewhere , i dont want to have it cut open and gutted as the nice mot tester is bound to see it knowing my luck , has anyone on here sucessfully core drilled it and mapped it out sucsessfully , thanks for any advise.
