Timing belt kit advice wanted. CFFB 2.0tdi.

Im due a timing belt change soon. My 5 years are up although its only done 50k miles. As Im going to be doing it myself, Im wondering which is the prefered kit to go for? Ive heard about plastic and metal impellors on the pumps. I take it that the metal type would be better?
I can shuffle spanners ok but would need the kit with the locking pins included as I dont have any for this engine. All advice welcome. Gordon T.
