Hi everyone! I bought a 2014 Passat 2.0 tdi with 90k on the clock a month ago. Yesterday a garage confirmed that there's a leak from the egr cooler as there's coolant on the exhaust! The garage I bought it from (Leeds) is telling me I have to take back to his mechanic to inspect it. I'm going on holiday at the end of the week! Do I have to take it back to the dealer or can I have the cooler replaced and bill him? What are my rights/obligations?
