So, just for fun, called VW and VW specialist, checking if New fitted agm battery needs coding, and both said NO.
I always thought that all the Start/Stop system equipped wagons will need to code in the New battery
Very funny. VW specialist said that only AUDI Q7 is car that needs coding in
