New owner - few questions...

Hi,

I've just got a 2013 140 Sport estate in Tornado red. Really like it, was pleased to get this one as has:

RNS 510
Parking Sensors
Parking Camera
Leather
£30 tax
Not a shade of grey (no offence....)

The car also has a few other options, the colour MFD and a £50 'boot space mat' - what is that?!

Its done 67,000 miles, and has 3 stamps in the book. Its had a couple of pollen filters and a fuel filter, never had an air filter which seems odd? Is there a service guide anywhere, saying what should be done any when? The next service is due in 9500 miles or 550 odd days according to the car.

It doesnt seem like the brake / clutch fluid has been changed. What are the intervals on those?

What is ad blue and do I need to worry about it?

I am aware that cam belt is due at 5 years.

I hope to keep this car for 5 to 7 years or so, so would be good to get any advice anything that requires particular attention?

The advert said it has rain sensing wipers. Does that come as standard or is it an option? I dont think it has them, how would I know?

When it is wet the auto handbrake seems to stick a bit, so when you pull away you can feel it holding and then 'clicks' free. Is that common?

Its nice having a car that is rewarding to clean again, yesterday I clay'd it and today I'm going to polish / wax.

How do people clean and look after the chrome trim? Polish and wax it the same as the paintwork? The lower trim on the sill is a bit bit dirty.

How well does tornado red last?

I've quite a few stone chips, does anyone recommend a specific touch up paint? I've seen this on amazon?
