Just bought this 2011 2.0 bluemotion estate and have failed to connect to the Bluetooth, it is not showing as visible using VCDS.
I have tried numerous phones and none can see the VW Phone, neither is the car seeing any phones.
VCDS is seeing the module but I don't think the module is responding as I can see the user profiles stored but cannot delete them as I'm getting a ' No response from subnet component' message.
I have tried re booting the module as suggested by VW but still no joy.
I hope there is a fix for this as I'm not about to pay VW £500 for a new module just yet
Especially as I've just gone out and bought a new aircon compressor, drier and expansion valve and had a regass done costing £280 when all I needed was a £40 part from e bay. Should have joined the forum a couple of weeks ago I think
