Rear pads

I need new rear discs and pads for my b7 estate 1.6tdi blue motion 2013 reg

I'm looking at bosh parts on euro car parts and they have 2 different types of rear lads for my registration.

Is that because it's one set for e brake and one set for manual hand brake?

I have the e break and auto hold on my model.

Could anyone tell me which pair I would need for that?

Also any tips for doing a car with e brake? I only done mine on Astras before.
