Rear brake pads chsnge - Vagcom or other tool?

Rear brake pads chsnge - Vagcom or other tool?

I am going to change rear brake pads. Can I open them with Vagcom and Vcds or do I need any special tool like Autel EST201 for electronic parking brakes ? Thanks
