RCD 510 Bluetooth module installation [help]

Gents,

I want to install the Bluetooth module to my RCD510 (2011 Passat, White MFD, Multi-function steering wheel).
I got the phone button on my wheel, Bluetooth option in RCD510 (greyed-out), but no actual Bluetooth module.
I'm looking into buying one from E-Bay, I got two units eyed-up, they have different model numbers, price difference is quite big... would someone please explain the difference between models, and advise which one would be better (according to description, they both work with RCD510).
