leds dimming when indicating

hi guys
i have a 2011 b7 estate with the xenon lights and the led running lights mounted in the headlights
is there a way/option to get the leds to dim when indicator is on ,like on the audis etc,with the lights in the auto position they are bright, but they do go dim if i turn the lights to side-lights , so they do do have different brightness,if you know
what i mean........
ive never had anything to do with the vcds or vag com ,but i assume that is whats needed
