Can I fit cruise control and alloy wheel question

Hi new to the forum, I've not long got myself a b7 1.6tdi estate, love the car has nav ect but doesn't have cruise, was just wondering if this could be fitted and where is good to get it done? Also wondering what alloys people have chosen to go with, the standard 16's look awful, so was thinking Audi rs6 19's from like an 02 reg car just wondering if they fit on with no hassle?
