Hi, I have seen a used VW Passat 2l tdi se (2011) Estate for sale. Went to take it for a test drive today but never got out of the garage.
Car took two attempts to start up but immediately noticed that the centre cluster and MFD didn't show any lights or information. Fuses all seem ok and car appeared to run normally (owner took it for fuel).
Does anyone know if this is a common problem and, if so, what is the approx. cost to repair.
Have read all the threads in this part of the forum and can't see anyone with similar problem.
