- Fault: Tyre Pressure Loss Indicat. curr not available.
- Error: Start-Stop
- Error: ABS/stabilisation control (ESC)
The errors appeared after setting off again following that little drama.
During the journey, we had a towbar mounted bike carrier attached with a lighting board plugged into the car. All lights were functional. After the errors occurred, we stopped at services and tried disconnecting and reconnecting the board, in case that had any bearing on the faults but it made no difference. We also checked the tyre pressures, which hadn't dropped noticeably from what they had been inflated to before our week away.
The bike carrier was removed when we got home and the car hasn't been driven for two days, but the errors were still showing when I switched on the ignition just before making this post.
It seems strange that three subsystems should start throwing errors simultaneously, so I thought I'd ask here in case anyone knows of any possible reasons for it, before I take the car to a garage for expensive diagnostics.
I've had a look at fuse lists for the Passat B7, but couldn't see any single fuses that are responsible for all three subsystems.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
