is there a key hole on the passenger side door handle, door wont open

hi im trying to get my front passenger door open, it wont open with the remote key or by using the inner or outer door handle at all, i thought i might try putting the key in the passenger door and turning it but i dont see any where to put the key, ive seen on youtube some people using the key to lever the cap off from the handle but i dont see anywhere to slide the key into it, im not even sure if theres even a key hole under this cover on the passenger side, ive taken a picture to show what i mean
