Boot doesnt open with key or button.

HI all.

Like the subject sais. The boot doesnt open with key or button.
I bought this replacement part: Nr. 16 on the page. 3B5 827 061 C.

But I cant see how I can get the cover of the boot lid of..
Does anyone know? Maybe some movie of it?
