Estate boot won't open

Hi,

I have a 2003 Passat Estate where the boot won't open via the switch in the drivers door or the switch in the boot hatch.

I have confirmed that the door and boot switch's are sending a signal to the CCM module, but no current going to the release actuator.

I have tried to find a wiring diagram as to what activates the actuator, but have not found anything yet.

My assumption was that the signal goes to the CCM to activate the relay to activate the actuator, but considering there is no output, that I could find, from the CCM, I am guessing I am not understanding the wiring correctly.

I have a new actuator as I first thought the actuator had broken, but even the new one does not work, hence my test for a current on activating the switches.

Any help will be much appreciated.
