Heavy/stiff steering passat b5.5 tdi 4motion

Hi all.

I got a 2001 audi b5.5 tdi 85kw estate. And a 2002 passat b5.5 tdi 4 motion estate.
The audi just got a new steeringfluid reservoir and fluid. It steers very light and responsive like always.

The passat though steers much heavier/stiffer. And therefor also with less feeling.
Now is this normal?

I read in some posts on vortex there seems to be this kind of difference between b5 and b5.5 passats. But as i basicly have 2 the same b5.5 cars and they are also different i thought lets ask..
