I've been listening to some fast heavy metal recently, but my stereo in the Passat Sport B5.5 doesn't seem to be able to keep up with the bass and crispness and speed of the album.
It's got the 6-disc changer, and car stereo from VW, and I'd prefer to keep these, but I'm not sure whether it's this that's the problem or whether the speakers are tired?
Does anyone have any prior experience or recommendations?
I had a (new) Sony CD player in my previous B5.5 Passat and it sounded great, so could it be the CD player at fault?
A friend has a mk5 Golf and it sounds much better in his.
