Bumper holder nuts

Hi all.

So I had the bumper of recently. To find a blown intake hose.
And was confronted again with the bracket the bumper is bolted to.
Number 11 on this. 3B0 807 469 C

Its broken in 3 places. Glued and broken again. I will just get a new one I guess.

But.
The nuts this has and also bolts down to, are these nuts pushed and crimped into the plastic.
And on my car most of them broke loose from the plastic. So they spin freely with the bolt. Making it impossible to tighten or loosen.
I tried glueing them to the plastic, but most came undone quickly.

Is there a known fix replace for this?
