Possible engine gearbox swap

Hi, I currently own a 2000 b5 1.9tdi and a 2001 b5 4motion 2.8 v6 auto, how much hassle do you guys think it will be to put my tdi engine and 5sp gearbox into the 4motion. I wouldn't bother usually as I know its easier just to buy a tdi 4motion but I can't find one anywhere. Any advice appreciated
