Hi all

Any help with this much appreciated......

I have a 1.8t ( AWT) with a kn*ckered 5 speed gearbox (GFY). Some AWTs came with the EHV gearbox and they are plentiful From breakers on eBay. They look the same- is swapping GFY for EHV gearbox a straight swap? Same shifter? Same driveshafts?

I think there are 2 designs for driveshafts - round or flange - is that correct?
