so i had my wagon in bits yesterday trying to locate a loose boost/intercooler pipe anyways while I was in there I cleaned the intake manifold and egr.

Now all back together I have emmisions workshop light on ??

Do I need to reset the egr? Any ideas on what could have caused this to happen ??

I had no lights before hand not plugged it in yet but I do have full vagcom facility with full rosstec software.
