B5 unlocking itself and all windows go down!!!

Hi All

1998 B5 AFN estate

Last week I came to the car to find it unlocked and all windows down !

I locked again and it did the same....

I've since watched it do it, sometimes straight after locking, sometimes one hour later.

I've pulled up the passenger carpet and the ccm has had water around it, but the unit itself is dry and no corroded connections.

It's all now drying out and door seals fixed (where leak was coming from)

I presume I now need to check the wiring around passenger footwell?

I've had various water in the passenger footwell over the years but it's never done this

Currently I have to disconnect battery to stop it doing it!

Aside I have a spare ccm with letters 'AH' on the end as opposed to 'J', but it doesn't work.
Does it need coding? And could it work please?
