Why havnt i lost all of my coolant?

Hi all.
Hope everybody's keeping well during the bad times we're going through.
While out doing my big shop today (no loo roll on the shelves again) i noticed this sitting behind my lower front grill. I fished it out and it looks a bit like the lower rail of my coolant rad! how on earth is it not spewing out coolant!? is it an easy job to replace? anybody got a link to a SBS guide foor it?
