+12 Volt power from the Fuse panel or Relay plate... ?

Hi !

I'm going to mount a 10 Watt ( ~0,9 Amp ) phone charger in my daughter's B5
Is there anywhere on the Relay plate or Fuse panel where I can get
permanently +12 Volts only while the engine is running ? :?:
