Another estate boot lock thread!

Evening all!

As above really! My boot wont close, at all, won't lock off the key or fob. Just bounces when I shut it. Rear wiper works but have realised the pipe has been leaking. Yesterday it was opening off the key when turned in the boot lock, but today when I held the boot lock button down on the fob, it released the boot and now it's buggered.

Any ideas? Solenoid? Boot switch? Meh. I'm selling the car and don't want to spend too much on it!
