Front End Wobble

So my car has started to have a front end wobble from the passenger drivers side when accelerating.

I've just had some new tyres put on wheels are balanced and car drives straight. However as above when accelerating wobbles to about 60mph then calms down.

Had a quick look underneath and had it off the ground. Bearing sounds good, no play in wheel or suspension parts. So bit of a mystery.

Any ideas?
