Chatter on start up

Hi
a noise has started to happen when fist starting the engine, i can only decsribe it as a chatter, when i drove to work this morning, a 20 minute commute, it disappeared. ive whatsapped a video to my mechanic but any comments would be welcome. theres always a 'journal' noise but live with that.
