Air in Fuel... can't start... after tandem replacement

I am very much I may find some much needed help?

I replaced the Tandem fuel pump...

Many shouty hours later testing for leaks etc....

I cant start the thing? How is best to draw the air out? Do I really need a vacuum pump? If so which one do I buy?
