headlight washer no really working

now then ... ive got a 2002 Passat Highline and the front headlight washer packet up ... not a drama so i thought now replaced the pump works as i should full water tank still no jets .. aghh i thought the water pressure jets are stuck broken etc .. strange thats its both at the same time but hey oh !

just connected one up and it works all ok the same with the other and all is fine .. but connect both nothing the pump works but no show .. tried disconnecting both jets and water pumps across the driveway so ive got pressure .. just dosnt seem to pump long enough to build pressure up in the jets ... found out this is a aftermarket pump .. got a original VW pump coming going to see if that helps .. but is there any settings in VSDS that could make the pump , pump for longer .. just a thought
