another snub nose question

While doing another job today I noticed my snub nose mount was completely gone - crumbling away on touch.

I've seen plenty of guides about putting a new one in and have had the front of the car off loads of times so I can do that no problem. I Just wondered when I put the the front cross member / carrier in the service position to get to the mount, can the radiator, AC and intercooler pipes stay connected? or do they have to come off ? to get access to the mount?

Also I saw on here that the V6 rubber mount is the one to use? My car is a 2002 1.9tdi. Is this the V6 part that I need to use ?
