Rear tyres outside edges scrubbed! bush kits?

I believe I now need to replace all my rear bushes..
I have ordered the rear beam bush assemblies.
Should I order the upper and lower control arms and wishbones as a kit with bolts? £186 ebay...
What do you guys say??
My car has been very heavily laden since February so I guess this has 'toed' the wheels in?!?!
