So for the second time I order a part for click n collect. Having been caught before I phone to ask them to physically check stock before I come to collect.
Phone goes dead for a minute, then I’m assured the part is in stock
So in I go, and pay, and the chap disappears for 5 minutes before returning to say unfortunately they didn’t have the branded item I’d requested but did have a vetech. I told them I could have got a vetech delivered for 60% off and no thanks the last vetech lasted less than 3 years.
So I left with a refund and no part
How do you deal with an outfit like this? Do I have to use Euro car parts from now on?
