recently joined the Passat estate crew, bought a lovely 53 highline with only 103000 on the clock only issues are broken diesel flap and rusty bloody arches but i'm well aware that this is a common issue, my question: Does VW replace these as this is a clear defect with those stupid inserts, if not do after market wings fit okay, and do the arch liners attach to after market wings okay ??

any advice would be very much appreciated just want them sorted as they are spoiling an otherwise mint car.
