Would you repair or get rid?

Just went through MOT today but here`s a list of stuff that my local indie says my 2005 AWX Highline needs.If it was yours,would you repair or replace,bearing in mind I`ll have to get them to do the work at £37.50p/h plus vat?My clutch seems fine but flywheel seems to be making noises.Engine seems 100%.
Front shocks wet.
Upper front right arm inner bushing coming away.
Rear right shock leaking.
Both front drop links are worn.
Rear lower curved arms have play in bushings.
Both lower straight arms inner bushings splitting and boots on ball joint torn.
Front engine mount worn.
