Rear pads discs/ n/s caliper

Hi all

I've noticed my handbrake recently has a lot of play before clicking up due to the n/s caliper not returning on the spring causing uneven pad wear so it must of been binding a wee while so I'm going to replace the rear pads, discs and caliper, I borrowed a wind back tool last time I replaced the pads a few years back, anybody know if the ebay wind back tools and one man bleed kits are anygood, also carparts4less for parts best way to go? Mintex and pagid Same price anybody vouch for either make?
