Tiguan alloys on a b5.5

Hello everyone.
Anyone know if Tiguan 16" alloy would fit a passat B5.5. A crowd in Germany said they wouldn't fit but I can't see why not. My alloys are 7J15H and the Tiguan alloys are 6.5j16H. Tiguan ET is 33 compared to 37 for the passat but I dont think 4mm would matter. If not are there any other modern VWs alloys that would fit without spacers.
