I have a 04 1.9tdi 4motion with an AVF engine and 6 speed box and 180K miles on it. Clutch has recently started to slip. We bought the car with 77K on it and have never done any clutch or flywheel related work on it. I would like to buy the parts in advance but have no idea if the car have been converted to a solid flywheel or if it has a 230mm or 240mm clutch plate. Would a DMF do 180k without issues. Is there any way of knowing without pulling the box off. BTW there is no vibration of note.
