4th Gear Crunch

Typically on a Friday car has started to crunch/grind into 4th gear. It like changing gear without pressing the clutch in, but I am.

Thought it might be clutch related but thinking about it it would do it in all gears.

So i have done some tests driving and at stand still.
While driving when in 3rd gear shift from 3rd to neutral wait 5 secs then shift into 4th no crunch, while holding the clutch down between.

Tried the same test above but with double clutching still grinds.

Also shifting from 5th to 4th still grinds.

If I do the same test as above while at stand still and at idle have to wait 6 secs otherwise the is a small crunch.

Also getting into 1st, 2nd and 3rd has become very easy. It was a little stiff before.

So I have a workaround for the time being just looking for other things I could check. Gear linkage maybe.

Just have to stay in 3rd while doing 30 rather than 4th for the time being.

Any advise would be great.
