200k Mile Service & New Front wing

Guy,

Bit of advice needed.

I have had my PD130 AWX estate for 9 months now and has served me really well. When I got it and changed the water pump and belts as it was due. I also gave it a service about 4 months ago (oil & filters). I mainly use it for traveling to work (motorway miles) and pottering about when i'm home.

I have done approx 12k miles in the time i've had it and is quickly approaching the 200k miles. Therefore i'm looking to give the old girl a major service and was wondering what work i should carry out.

I want to do the following:
Oil change,
oil filter,
fuel filter,
coolant,
pads & discs,
brake fluid change,
Plugs,

Should i be looking at changing sensors as well? if so which ones etc.

Also my passenger front wing is shot and found this on ebay

has anyone fitted one of these? or should i stay clear and just order one from TPS?

Any advice would be appreciated.
