Brake fault after jump start

Hi folks, need help!

Battery on my b5 130pd gave up the ghost the other day. Jump started it off my wife's astra and as I was reversing out of the drive when I touched the brake I got the three beeps, the handbrake light flashing, and three warnings: Stop - brake fault, stop - visit workshop and stop - check service manual. These messages just repeated for the entire 1hr journey to work, and home again and the same yesterday and today.

Brakes are working fine, although I haven't braked hard enough to check if the abs is working, I have checked the fuse and they seem to be in tact, not sure what my next step is.

I have checked the Web and here and couldn't get much information, it's like it's never happened before lol!

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
