Anyone got some 3SDM's 00.6 that can do me a favour?

Bought some second hand (the above) wheels. The bolts I got with them are the wrong ones ie they have radius'd seats and tapered is required, which I now have. But, they are too long. The threaded bit on the new bolts are 28mm, apparently the right length but they catch.
Can someone please measure the threaded bit please?
FYI - The wheels are 18" x 8.5" with an ET of 42.
