Help please, it`s driving me bonkers

All the power sockets in my 2004 sport tdi estate 130bhp,work, EXCEPT the 1 in the rear of the centre console, I have checked fuse 33, which is obviously intact as the others work, I have checked the 2 20amp ones on the relay board ( drivers side behind lower panel ) which are also intact, I have checked the loom for breaks in the wires and can`t find any. So is this certain socket on a separate fuse again somewhere, I have been given a power socket which is known to be working from the donor car, but nothing. Can anyone shed any light on this please, would be much appreciated. Thanks.
